CSR’s public health communications specialists are advancing the accreditation readiness of State, tribal, local, and territorial health departments by developing a guide that outlines effective strategies for communicating about performance improvement and accreditation to key stakeholder audiences. This guide will support the Public Health Accreditation Board’s national voluntary accreditation program for local health departments launched in 2011. It will be available from NACCHO later in 2013.
