Stephen Constantinides

Mr. Constantinides has been with CSR for 2 years and has provided graphics and interactive media expertise for the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) on both the National Alcohol Education Project (NAEP) and the Alcohol Epidemiologic Data System (AEDS).
With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from James Madison University and over 25 years experience in graphic design, illustration, and multimedia, Mr. Constantinides specializes in “bringing publications to life” using Web-based interactive programs. He has participated in all aspects of multimedia production, including storyboarding, scriptwriting, courseware module logic, courseware design, multimedia authoring, Web design and construction, illustration, and graphic design. Mr. Constantinides is proficient in Adobe Web and multimedia software including: Flash, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Captivate, Connect/Presenter, After Effects, Audition, and Director; Adobe graphics software including: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Pagemaker; additional packages include: CorelDraw, CorelPhotopaint, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Frontpage, QuarkXpress 6/7, DesignCad 3DMax, Autodesk 3DS Max, and many other industry specific programs. He is also proficient in HTML, CSS, and Actionscript development.
Of note is Mr. Constantinides' extensive expertise in e-Learning. Most recently, he supervised the direction, production, development, and implementation of video courseware for Helping Patients Who Drink Too Much: A Clinician’s Guide, an online training course for the NAEP contract. Mr. Constantinides also was instrumental in resolving accessibility challenges and programming Section 508 compliant workarounds for this course. He also oversaw all preproduction, production, and implementation supporting the Workers' Compensation Online Training Courses for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
