Terrence McManus, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, serves as Treasurer of the Corporation and has more than 30 years of finance and business experience. His responsibilities at CSR include finance and accounting, human resources and employee benefits, risk management, facilities, contracts, and legal matters.

Mr. McManus has developed innovative techniques for online financial reporting and control using innovative business and accounting systems and has refined these techniques into customized applications for a range of client organizations, including the Department of Justice and the Department of Health and Human Services.

Mr. McManus received his B.S.B.A. in accounting from Georgetown University. He has been a certified public accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia since 1972.
