Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Data Support
The challenge: As part of a technical assistance contract for HRSA, CSR was challenged to develop a database to document how technical assistance is provided and used.
CSR’s approach: CSR worked with the Health Resources and Services Administration to develop a training effort for grantees and designed the Data Support Web site to make training available to them. The site, the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Data Support site, was only one element of a continuous improvement process to address programmatic needs. CSR now manages technical assistance to more than 2200 service providers.
