The challenge: The National Institute on Drug Abuse needed a way to simplify the logistics associated with numerous scientific meetings.
CSR’s approach: CSR staff designed a conference registration Web site for NIDA that facilitates registration, and related logistics, for all meetings online and simplifies the process for participants by linking them directly to travel agents and hotels. The site reports ongoing data directly to the client and greatly increases the efficiency and cost effectiveness of meeting planning.
