Training and Technical Assistance

CSR’s training and technical assistance (T/TA) is guided by an understanding of program operations and the need to communicate clear, accurate information to managers and frontline staff. We draw on the power of the Internet and web-based databases, outreach tools, and online continuing education technologies. CSR offers T/TA services to various clients: 

  • Researchers and program administrators;
  • Human service grantees;
  • Criminal justice practitioners and counselors; and
  • Health prevention professionals in community-based health care settings.

We give T/TA on performance measurement, capacity building, infrastructure development, cultural competence, and strategic planning initiatives.
