ATLANTA, GA, September 11, 2017—CSR, Incorporated, is one of four small business contractors to be awarded a 5-year IDIQ contract (base year with 4 optional years), Rapid Communications Services and Support for Sudden and Ongoing Environmental Urgent and Emerging Issues Technical Assistance Support by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Environmental Health (NCEH), Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR), Office of Communication (OC). CSR will support the CDC NCEH/ATSDR/OC by rapidly developing and executing integrated marketing services to meet its environmental health communications goals. The IDIQ has five major tasks:  (1) Communications Planning; (2) Communications Support; (3) Evaluation Research and Monitoring; (4) Social Media and Digital Communications Support; and (5) Responding to Urgent and Emerging Issues.

CSR has also been awarded its first task order on the IDIQ, Environmental Health Thesaurus and DTHHS Communications Strategies Technical Assistance Support. The company will manage the Division of Toxicology and Human Health Sciences (DTHHS) Thesaurus and provide communications support and technical assistance.
